The Unived Elite Drink Mix 160 is an isotonic sports energy drink that delivers Carbohydrates, Electrolytes, and performance aiding ingredients such as Betaine & Beta-Alanine.

The Elite Drink Mix 160 contains 40g of carbohydrates, in a 2:1 ratio, along with 1330mg Electrolytes, 650mg Betaine, and 450mg Beta-Alanine. It works as an isotonic solution, meant to be consumed during and after your activity. However, by reducing the amount of water, you can also use it as a pre-energy drink, and consume it before your activity.

This versatile drink mix can be consumed before or during your runs to keep you hydrated and maintain optimal fluid uptake throughout your endurance activity. It can be used as an isotonic drink during runs or as a hypertonic solution prior to long runs or races.

Recommended Use

For an Isotonic solution, mix 1 sachet with 500ml of water. Consume 1 serving per hour along with an Unived Elite Gel 180. The combination delivers 340Kcal per hour.
