How long does it take to deliver my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for accessories and 5-7 business days for fully assembled bicycles, depending on your location.
Do the bicycles come fully assembled?
All bikes undergo a professional pre-delivery inspection. For out-of-station orders, bikes are 85% assembled and require minimal setup, while local deliveries can be scheduled for full assembly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that bicycles and components that have been installed are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and offer EMI options on select bank cards for high-value purchases.
Are the products covered under warranty?
Yes, all products are 100% authentic and covered by the respective brand's manufacturer warranty. We assist our customers in the warranty claim process should any issues arise.
Can I track my shipment?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking link to monitor your package's progress in real-time.
